Mind-Body Psychotherapy

In addition to being trained extensively in traditional psychotherapy methods, Tulasi has also studied and integrated somatic psychotherapy methods into treatment. These approaches include mindfulness, yoga, energy awareness, and most predominantly, Somatic Experiencing. Integrating the body into therapy allows for greater depth, integration of insights, and expanded emotional capacity.
